Monday night marked the end of harvest season for the Hyer Family. We dug up the potatoes, cut the squash of the vine, picked the last of the tomatoes and then worked to cut down corn stalks.. Putting the garden to bed for the winter is quite the process and will most likely require a few more weeks but tonight was the last of the produce.

The lord blessed us with an incredible garden this year. We were able to can green beans, tomatoes, tomato juice, peaches, jam,and freezer corn, plus have cantaloupe, zucchini, squash, cucumbers, onions, and peppers for table use. So thankful for a bountiful harvest and for our wonderful family that did their part in the garden to make it all possible! Love you all!
